Echo MCP

A private Model Context Protocol server for one athlete’s Echo coaching data. It lets AI assistants that athlete uses — Gemini, Meta Muse, Claude and others — read their training, recovery and health data, ask Echo’s coach, and make changes the athlete approves one by one.

It is not a public service. Connecting requires the athlete’s own Google sign-in and explicit consent for each kind of data.
